Link Up
The link up program offers individual and group activities to engage young people who are socially isolated in the community. These activities are client driven and therefore evolve in relation to the specific needs of the clients we are working with. This program is funding by the Office of Youth / Youth Participation and Access Program (YPAP).Who can use this service?
The service is available to young people aged 12-25 who live, work or study in the City of Darebin
How do I access the services?
You or your school, family member, or friend can call 8470 1111 and speak to a service co-ordinator to make a request for youth counselling or group info. Or you can call one of the youth team directly.
Fees/Costs
There are no fees for young people requesting counselling, support, information, referral or advocacy work.
Location
Counselling can be provided across all our sites, at school, home or in the community where you feel comfortable.
Waiting lists
We try to have no waiting lists for young people, particularly those under 18 however occasionally it is unavoidable.
